The name ‘Elpis’ means 'Hope' in Greek. Our logo, which features a young leaf shoot, is a representation of Hope and New Beginnings.

Sharon, Principal Consultant
Passionate about people matters.
Sharon spent 17 years with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) supporting and driving various initiatives, including leading the Organisation Development and Planning Division (ODP) for five years.
As Head of ODP, Sharon spearheaded a wide range of organisation development efforts which included facilitating Senior Management retreats, hosting Leadership Community sessions, leading culture change initiatives, implementing change management strategies for organisation-wide initiatives, building strong teams and driving organisation-wide employee engagement surveys. Sharon was also involved in developing MAS' internal transformation map.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Sharon believes in developing and empowering people to help them use their strengths to do what they do best every day. Her dominant CliftonStrengths® theme of “Developer” helps her recognise and cultivate the potential in every individual and team. Together with “Empathy” and “Relator”, Sharon can sense the emotions of those she interacts with and seeks to understand the other person’s goals, fears and dreams. For these reasons, people are drawn to Sharon and feel comfortable confiding in her. These innate talents that Sharon possesses enable her to succeed as a Strengths Coach.
